Marketing advice for average companies

Don’t be average!
Easier said than done, right? No, it’s really a lot easier than you think. Just stop emulating the leaders in your industry. Stop playing it safe. Stop going after the low-hanging fruit.
Make it a goal to provide significantly more value than your competition does. Zappos did it by offering great prices on all sorts of shoes along with amazing customer service. Aaron Wall did it by developing a word-class andĀ ever-evolving SEO training community. How will you do it?
