Countless businesses have failed because their leaders spent an extraordinary amount of time thinking, planning and talking about what they should do instead of taking any real action towards their goals.

Are you guilty of this? Then from now on, you should make it a point to take action as soon as possible, even if you’re not sure of the outcome. No matter how much you analyze a potential decision, you’ll never know for certain how it will turn out until afterwards. By taking action sooner rather than later, you may get lucky and make the perfect decision the first time, but even if you don’t, you’ll gain the information you need to make the necessary adjustments and continue moving forward.
