Having said that, any company is made of individual humans, and that means humans will make mistakes. Heck, some humans may wake up in a bad mood and pass that along to customers from time to time. Plus any hosting company will have hardware problems. It’s inevitable. So, while HG may not always be absolutely perfect, neither will any of their competitors. Never expect perfection from any hosting company, or you’ll be disappointed. But HG has been the best I’ve ever used, and I’ve used many many many of them over the years.
