The article is about why IT professionals <strong>shouldn’t</strong> design your website. Some may be able to, but that doesn't mean they should. As the article mentioned, I can remove a kidney, but that doesn't mean I should, or that the results would be comparable to those of a doctor. IT and web design are two very different skill sets.
